How to Win a Tree

Here’s how it works:  When you and your family come to the Festival of Trees, you can purchase a sheet of 26 tickets for $9. You may purchase as many sheets as you wish. As you view the trees and see ones you like, deposit as many of your 26 tickets in the ticket containers located in the front of those trees on which you’d like to take a chance. Winning tickets will drawn the evening of Sunday, December 5 from all tickets deposited at each tree.  Tree winners will be called that evening. If you win a tree, you must come on Monday (Dec. 6th) to pick up your tree. If a phone message is left for you, you must call us back as soon as possible at the number left on your phone.  No tree can be held after Saturday.

Miniature trees - (16 inches or smaller; usually handcrafted) are placed in the "Tree Room" with the larger trees. They are part of a special Silent Auction. Refer to the Schedule of Events for drawing date and time.

Raffle Rules - You do not need to be present to win. Winners will be called between 7:00 p.m. and 10 p.m.  Six tickets are drawn for each tree. If the first winner is not available, we move on to the next number drawn. Caller ID is not notification that you have won a tree. Please make sure that the number you write on this raffle slip is the number where you can be reached.  If you receive a message, you must call the number left on your answering machine to let us know you will be picking up your tree. Tree Pick Up is from 9:00 to 6:00 PM on Monday December 6th.  Winners are responsible for packaging and removing their tree. Extra hands and a large vehicle are usually needed.

Purchase of the raffle tickets signifies that you agree to these rules.
